Yes! We have pole trials that run twice a month, an essentials class for absolute beginners, as well as private lessons that can get you up and running in no time!
We are located in Mason Square in Oswego, IL behind the Culver's. There is ample parking available.
We request that you cancel class at least 6 hours before the start of the class. If you fail to do so, you will be marked a late cancel and may incur a fee. Be sure to cancel on time to avoid the penalty fee!
You can sign up for class by registering on the Mindbody app. Search for "Rondis S.E.L.F Fitness & PolElevation Aerial Studio". You will be able to search through our class schedule and register once you have registered with the app and made an account.
Absolutely! We highly recommend doing so. If you happen to capture any of your fellow students in you video, please do the proper edits to either remove them/blur them from your video or request permission before posting the video online. Your instructor will provide ample opportunity to record your progress.
Yes! We offer both pole and aerial parties. Parties run for 90min and cost $275 for up to 10 people (each additional guest is $15). Gratuity is NOT included. Feel free to browse our party page to book and find more details on what to expect! See you soon!
