Studio Policies & Etiquette

• No Rings or Jewelry: For your safety and our equipment’s, remove all rings before class.
   
• No Refunds: All purchases are final.
   

Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancel at least 6 hours in advance to avoid fees.
   
• A late cancellation (within 6 hours) will result in a lost session or added fee.
   
• First late cancel/no-show = one-time warning.
   
• After the warning:
  • Late cancellations = $10 fee or loss of credit
  • No-shows = $15 fee or loss of credit
   

Arrival & Parking

• Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in and warm up.
   
• If you arrive 10 minute after class, you will be marked as a no-show.
   
• Entrance to Studio:
  • Door will unlock 15 minutes before class, then locks 2-3 minutes once class starts for security.
  • Late arrivals must wait for the next scheduled opening unless discussed with instructor ahead of time.

While You Wait
If the door to the studio is closed, feel free to relax in the locker room or the general gym area. Please keep voices low—classes may be in session.

Instructor Substitutions
If your instructor is unavailable, a qualified sub will teach. If a class must be cancelled, you will be notified ahead of time.
