ARRIVAL & STUDIO ACCESS

Located in Mason Square behind Culver's. Please enter through the front door leading into Rondi's S.E.L.F. Fitness.

All student pole classes take place in the studio while some aerial classes may take place on the gym side.
Security cameras are active around the property for your safety and to ensure proper room access and scheduling.

Instructors & Subs:
Sometimes our instructors are subbed out. Please note: no refunds are issued due to instructor substitutions. We update the class listings on Mindbody as soon as we know. Feel free to cancel (at least 6 hours before class) if necessary.

SETUP & STUDIO ETIQUETTE

• NO rings allowed on fingers during pole or aerial classes. Please remove them before entering.
   
• Shoes off when you enter. Socks or indoor shoes recommended.
   
• Heels: Only wear Pleasers or other pole instructor-approved footwear. When in doubt, ask!
   
• No alcohol, open flames, weapons, hate, or harm. We have a zero tolerance policy and you will be removed.
   
• Be respectful of shared spaces: Keep voices low in shared spaces around the club and bathrooms. They’re for everyone’s comfort—please treat them with care.
   
• Community matters: Be mindful of others' space, energy, and boundaries. Support, kindness, and good vibes only.
   

Bluetooth & Lights
Our studio room is equipped with a Bluetooth speaker and adjustable lighting. Instructions are posted inside the rooms.

Do not touch or lean on the mirrors. Trust us, they’ll thank you later.

DEPARTURE & CLEAN-UP CHECKLIST

Please leave the space as you found it—or even better.

• Wipe down your pole(s) and place used towels in bin
• Turn off lights, speakers, heater, and/or AC
• Take all your belongings
• Toss any trash
• Shut all doors securely

Failure to follow studio rules and guidelines will result in a warning or penalty fee. Feel free to wind down before and after your session—no need to rush out. Please be safe and take care of yourself!
