About our PolElevation Pole Dance & Aerial Dance Instructors

I am from Los Angeles, California. I was a Dance Major in college where I choreographed twice, a performed a sole for one of the biggest College Dance Festivals (ACDFA). Since then I've discovered a love for Pole Dance, which I have been teaching for 7 years now. I take great pleasure in assisting women discover and release their feminine expression. So far I have taught at 4 studios, held multiple workshops, and performed on a variety of stages. Specialties include Pole, Floor Work, Feminine Release & Movement, Low Flow, Sensual Flow, Stretch, and Choreography, and my new love is Aerial dance. I'm excited to continue my growth as a student and instructor, as I will forever be a student. Looking forward to seeing you in class!

 Ana is a disciplined,down-to-earth virtuous Taurus with 4 years of experience in the art of Aerial Dance Fitness and Pole Dance.

Ana loves to dance, and she loves sharing that passion with her students.

 Jayy: An avid performer in the Chicagoland area, specializes in blending dynamic tricks with sensual flow, bringing a unique style to their pole and aerial instruction. Jayy is dedicated to helping students build confidence and strength through consistent practice while emphasizing proper safety, conditioning, and warmups. Jayy strives to inspire growth in their students, ensuring every class leaves them feeling accomplished and eager to continue their journey as movers.

Lisa loves all things fitness and movement. After trying a drop in pole class just for fun she quickly fell in love with the sport and never looked back!

A lover of power tricks and spinney shapes, Lisa has also done several Pole competitions, won two PSO Regional titles, and is a participant in this upcoming 2024 PSO Nationals.

She loves the creative process of building and creating routines and combos
