In this class, your instructor will work from the ground up and give you a little taste of the basics of pole dance and fitness. It will be love at first spin!
We recommend wearing leggings or shorts and a tank or t-shirt. Whatever you feel comfortable in! Layers are always a good idea.
We don't allow rings, bracelets or dangly earrings on the dance floor. Avoid lotions and body oils 24 hours prior to class- they make for a slippery experience.
In this class, you will be introduced to the basics of aerial dance slings, silks, and hoop! It will be hard to pick a fave!

You will work with sequences including climbing, wrapping yourself into the fabric, and eventually, drops, rolls, and dives! This class is a thrilling and unique fitness experience that combines the elements of dance and acrobatics while suspended in the air.
Students learn to maneuver silk fabrics, discovering a blend of strength, flexibility, and grace in the air.
The class has a sense of adventure and accomplishment as students overcome challenges and learn aerial tricks and poses. It's a fun and empowering way to build core strength, improve flexibility, and explore artistic expression in a dynamic, gravity-defying environment.
